Nina Nalini FNP-BC, MSN, BSN
Nina graduated with two Bachelor of Science Degrees from The University of Maryland College Park and Howard University. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She started her career as a Pediatric Nurse at Children’s National Medical Center and later transitioned to Emergency Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She has also enjoyed travel nursing and adult perioperative nursing. She currently practices at Comprehensive Laser & Aesthetics as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Aesthetic Laser Procedures. She has earned certifications from Syneron, Quanta Aesthetics and Cynosure. She is a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Nurses Credentialing Center, The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a proud mother of two beautiful girls.

Neil Harry PA-C, CLTRS, LTRS, LSO
Neil has worked at Comprehensive Laser & Aesthetics since 2012 and is skilled in pain-less laser tattoo removal. He also has an extensive background in Critical Care Medicine, General, Plastic and Orthopedic Surgery.

Neil obtained a Bachelors of Science in Bioscience and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, from SUNY Farmingdale. After graduating from the St. Johns University Physician Assistant Program in 2011, he moved to Maryland and started working with Dr. Matusunaga. He currently performs consultations for aesthetic laser procedures and treats patients needing laser tattoo removal with the Quanta Q-Plus C laser system. He was trained and Certified as a Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist by the Godfather of Laser Tattoo removal – Mr. Victor Beyer from A Laser Academy in Denver, Colorado. Neil is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) and is our Laser Safety Officer. He also mentors students applying for both Medical and Physician Assistant schools.
He is honored to be a provider within the Soul Survivor Ink network that helps survivors of human trafficking to remove tattoos of a painful past.

Tara has worked in the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse for the last 13 years. She has worked in various areas of nursing including women’s health, pediatrics, oncology, aesthetics/cosmetic surgery and leadership.

She received training from the National Laser Institute and continued hands-on training with aesthetic providers in AZ and MD. Tara is passionate about patient safety, ongoing education and learning techniques to provide the most natural looking results. Tara is pursuing her education at Walden University to become a family nurse practitioner. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends/family, DIY projects and party planning/events.

All of our active providers are members of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and are licensed Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses. They have a combined total of over 20 years experience and have performed over 100,000 procedures.
Our skilled providers have completed extensive education and training in aesthetic laser procedures using Cynosure, Candela, DEKA MotusAX, and Quanta lasers.
Continuity Of Care
You will be always be treated by the same medical provider and with the same device at every office visit. Male or female providers are available upon request.

Scheduling
Our scheduling department works around the clock to ensure that patients are seen in a timely fashion. Most new patients are seen within the same week they request an appointment. We pride ourselves on minimal wait times and extended hours to accommodate your busy work schedule. You’ll never have to wait weeks or months to get an appointment. We offer late evening and weekend appointments to fit the needs of every patient.
All appointment requests are processed within a few hours and a member of our scheduling team will contact you to set up your consultation.
Consultations
Consultations are required to be performed by Physicians, Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners under Maryland State Law, prior to starting any laser-based aesthetic treatments.
For your safety, your medical history will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure that you are a candidate for laser treatments.
